diabetes customer segmentation

Completed landmark national quantitative survey with over 300 patients, 300 healthcare providers and 50 managed care organizations.  Developed personas, detailed unmet needs, and measured reactions and purchase intent for a diabetes device company's future product pipeline.  Multi-city focus groups also added qualitative validation to findings from quantitative surveys.

parkinson's concept testing

Seagrove completed numerous in-depth interviews with leading Neurologists and Movement Disorder Specialists to assess to market viability of a novel medical device to treat moderate-to-severe Parkinson's.  Analysis focused on the product's potential share and uptake versus current and future treatments as well as recommendations for clinical trials and publications to support commercial launch.

hospital diagnostics commercial strategy

Completed interviews and online quantitative survey with field sales and medical affairs personnel of a hospital diagnostics company to assess commercial best practices.  Also completed quantitative survey and in-depth interviews  with key hospital-based clinicians to assess product performance as well as solutions for hospital workflow issues that were affecting test sales uptake.
